Making a payment to Mercedes-Benz

How to make a payment

  1. 1. Choosing how to pay

Your Showroom will discuss your payments with you, taking into account your daily bank transfer limit, and your preferences for transferring funds.

Bank limits will depend on your account, but you can find some more information about typical bank limits at the following link; https://www.trustly.net/en-GB/bank-payment-limits.

If the payment amount is above your limit, you should contact your bank before attempting to make payment.

  2. 2. Receiving a payment link

Each time you request to make a payment, or your Showroom requests a payment from you, you will receive a link to Mercedes pay. Mercedes pay enables payment processing for Mercedes-Benz globally. This secure checkout service is provided by Mercedes pay GmbH, alongside our payment partners - Adyen and Trustly.

You can access the checkout via MyAccount in Online Showroom, and you will also receive a payment link in via email.

  3. 3. Pay using our online checkout

By clicking on the link, you will have the option to pay via debit card, credit card or bank transfer via our provider Trustly – a convenient way to transfer funds from your bank account to ours.

You may be asked to authenticate your payment using your banking app, or provide a One-Time Passcode.

Where you are using a business bank account, you may find that payment via Trustly does not work. This may be because of settings within your bank profile, or because your bank account does not support open banking yet.

Where this is the case, we are able to accept payments via BACS or CHAPS using the steps below.

Transferring via BACS/CHAPS

  1. Transferring funds via BACS/CHAPS

Where Trustly payment is not possible, please inform your Showroom who will support you to facilitate a BACS or CHAPS payment via your bank.

Your Showroom will provide you with the amount to be paid.

Your reference number will be the order number found on the top right of the Order screen in MyAccount. If you can't access this number, or have any questions, please let your Showroom know.

This reference number will help us locate your transaction so it is important this is correct.
